*He's saying "What are you singing about?" or "What are you thinking about?"- It is probably "thinking", because some Germans can't pronounce the "th" well, therefore 'Sinking' is misunderstood by the coastguard, because of his wrong pronunciation of 'th' and it actually means "thinking about" ...So in the subtitles it should be "What are you thinking about?" not "what are you singing about?"
